First shots of the secateurs in the MARZOLF cellar ……… this Tuesday, September 14, we started the harvest with Pinot Noir, for our CREMANT Blanc de Noirs.
Harvests and pressing: The harvests intended for the elaboration of Crémant d’Alsace must be manual in order to harvest the GRAPES. They must then be transported without crushing to the cellar. Pressing is done in whole bunches, without crushing or destemming.
